Lewis Black, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Almonty Industries Inc. (the  “Sponsor“) is offering a chance to win one (1) of two (2) prizes (each, a 7 night trip to Korea including a tour of Almonty’s Sangdong Mine and the Yeongwol County), each with an approximate retail value of up to CAD $40,000 (inclusive of applicable taxes). The prize trip is anticipated to take place on or around late June to early July.

The Contest is open only to eligible Canadian residents (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older and who are current Almonty shareholders who have held shares continuously for the past three (3) years, excluding employees, officers, directors, agents and their immediate family/household members.

Contest begins at 12:00 p.m. ET on May 11, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 31st, 2026. One (1) entry per person.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Potential winners will be selected by random draw during the week of June 1st, 2026 and must correctly answer a skill-testing question and sign and return required declaration/release documents to be confirmed as winners. Entrants’ personal information may be used in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws and the Sponsor will administer the Contest in accordance with applicable law.

BY ENTERING THE CONTEST YOU AGREE TO THESE CONTEST RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.

Contest

The Sponsor is offering a chance to win one of two (2) 7 night trips to Korea, including a tour of Almonty’s Sangdong Mine and the Yeongwol County, valued up to $40,000 Canadian dollars, inclusive of HST (the “Contest”). The prize trip is anticipated to take place on or around late June to early July.

Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 11, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on May 31st, 2026 (the “Contest Period”) after which time, the Contest will be closed and no further entries will be accepted. The Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Contest Period at its sole discretion.

Eligibility

To enter and be eligible to win, an entrant must (a) be a current shareholder of Almonty who has held shares in Almonty at all times during the past three years; (b) be 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) at the time of entry, (c) be a Canadian resident (excluding Quebec), and (d) not be an employee, officer or director of Almonty or of its affiliated legal entities or agents or a member of such person’s immediate family or persons with whom they are domiciled (whether related or not). In these Contest Rules “immediate family” includes mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and/or legal or common-law spouse.

Each entrant will be required to submit proper evidence of share ownership since April 10, 2023. Incomplete entries, or attempted entries by means other than through the online entry form, will not be considered.

How to Enter

The Contest is offered electronically via the Internet. To enter the contest visit www.almonty.com, follow the link and contest instructions. There is a limit of one (1) entry per entrant. As such, entrants will be disqualified if they are using multiple email addresses or email lists, such as spam to obtain additional entries.

Contest Prize

There are two (2) prizes available to be won. Each prize consists of one of two (2) 7 night trips to Korea, including a tour of Almonty’s Sangdong Mine and the Yeongwol County, valued up to $40,000 Canadian dollars, inclusive of HST (the “Prize”). The Prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded and is not redeemable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Should the winner refuse to accept his/her/their Prize after it is awarded by the Sponsor to the winner, the Sponsor and its affiliates will be released from any obligation related to the Prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

Winner Selection

The draw will occur the week of June 1st, 2026 and the potential winners will be randomly selected. Potential winners will be notified by phone or email. Before being declared a winner, selected entrants will be required to: (a) correctly answer a skill-testing question; (b) sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and Waiver (the “Winner Release”); and (c) comply with all other Contest Rules, all in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries within the Contest Period. Each selected entrant is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the Contest Rules before receiving the Prize, and all decisions in this regard are final and binding. Up to three (3) attempts will be made to contact selected entrants within five (5) business days following the random draw. The Sponsor will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact a selected entrant.

General

1. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by the Contest Rules and all decisions with respect to any aspect of the Contest. All decisions made are final.

2. THE CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. The Contest is subject to applicable federal and provincial laws and regulations. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Contest Rules or the rights and obligations as between the entrant, the Sponsor and, as applicable, Almonty in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario including procedural provisions without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws.

3. By entering the Contest, each winner consents to the use of their name and address (city and province), voice, photograph and/or likeness without further remuneration, in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed throughout the world in perpetuity, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor or Almonty in connection with this Contest, which, for certainty, shall include the announcement of each winner’s name at Almonty’s annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on or around June 9, 2026.

4. The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or amend the Contest at any time and in any way, without prior notice to entrants.

5. All winners must sign a Winner Release.

6. All personal information submitted in relation to the Contest will be handled in accordance with Canadian privacy laws.

7. The Sponsor and, as applicable, Almonty, are not liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Contest, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential losses.
